• All fees will be paid in full upon collection of your pets. Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery accepts payment by Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit only.
• Our billing day runs till 11am. Collections after this time will include that days charge.
• Delivery, collection and inspections are to be done during stated business hours. 48 hours notice and mutual agreement is required for collection or delivery out of the stated business hours.
• A deposit may be requested for certain periods.
• Cancellation and “No Show” fees will apply. Failure to cancel or “show” for a booking will result in a 50% fee for the total of the stay booked, with the exception of the Christmas and Easter periods where the fee will be 100% of the booking.
• During holiday periods, dates booked will be charged whether used or not. This is to enable us to assist everyone. Please book carefully.
• Pets will only be delivered into the hands of the owners unless prior arrangements have been made.
• In the event of a boarder requiring veterinary attention, Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery shall use our discretion in obtaining the same and the owner of the boarder shall be liable for the cost of such attention.
• In the event of a death, a post mortem will be conducted by a nominated, independant pathologist to ascertain cause of death. The owner of the boarder shall be liable for the cost.
• Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery reserve the right to refuse entry to these facilities to any animal we deem unclean, unhealthy, decrepit or otherwise unfit for boarding.
• Provided that proper and reasonable care will be taken, Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery and/or provider shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss or damage howsoever caused during the period of boarding.
• In the event where boarders are left over the stipulated period and charges have not been paid, Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery reserve the right after 14 days to dispose of the boarder in any manner they consider fit and the owner shall have no claim whatsoever.

Boarding of your dog and/or cat at Grindelwald Kennels & Cattery is seen as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and is applicable to all bookings.
